Contestants

Classes will be updated and posted on the web in April. Classes will consist of but not in this particular order:

Grand Entry, Lead Line, Open Hitch, Team Poles, Boot Bace, Sack Race, Egg and Spoon, Costume Class, Coke Race, Potato Race, key hole race, poles, barrels, pick up race, panty hose race, dizzy bat, balloon race, hide race, musical tires, pig scramble for the kids, monkey in a tree, mule races, back to back, team obstacle course, halter classes, western pleasure, mule jumps, gaited classes and trail classes.

You will have a chance to win one of three Ozark Mule Days custom buckles and over $2000 in cash payback.

Entry is $2 per class except for the payback classes. Money classes are $20 per entry.

Pay back will be for the following classes:

  1. Open Halter class - $500 in payback
  2. Western Pleasure - $500 payback
  3. Open Gaited - $500 payback
  4. All around rider - $250
  5. Open trail class - $250

All classes pay back 3 places except the All around rider/open trail class. They will pay the entire winnings to 1 person.

Rules and Regulations

To ensure the greatest enjoyment for everyone who attends the Ozark Mule Days, please adhere to the following guidelines and rules:

Dogs are not permitted (service animals excepted)
If you are camping, Dogs may not enter the gates onto the grounds, but must be kept in your campsite only. You may not allow your dogs to run free or roam. They must be kept in cages in your campsite and may not pose a threat to other campers near you. You must have control of your animal at all times.

Motorcycles, ATVs, bicycles, etc. are prohibited
Ozark Mule Days prohibits the use of any motorcycle, ATV, golf cart, bicycle, scooter, roller blades or skateboards. The only vehicle that will be allowed is an electric wheelchair or Hoveround/Rascal type handicapped vehicle operated at walking speed.

Speed Limit
Vehicles should respect the 3 MPH speed limit.

Camp Fires
Camp fires are not permitted in the camping area for the safety of the other campers.

Generator Operations
Generators may run from 6 am to 10 pm daily only. Please respect your neighbors.

Quiet Time
Quiet time is between 10 pm and 6 am daily. This includes running of generators, radios and parties.
